A Miracle Child!

This year our pupils form Year 3, 4, 5 and 6 performed 'The Miracle Child' for their Christmas show. Having already performed a very successful dress rehearsal in the school hall on Friday, 12th December, the children then performed the show again at St Piran's Church on Thursday, 18th December. The audience clearly enjoyed the gently humour within the script which was performed to great effect by our talented Swifts. The story line was thought provoking as well as entertaining. The Starlings and Kingfishers performed their own choice of Christmas poems to a very high standard and all children sang with great gusto and enjoyment. Many thanks to the parents for their help with costumes and also to all the church community for giving their time so generously to play the organ, ring the church bells and provide the readings during the evening. The church was full to bursting with parents and grandparents. A wonderful end to our Christmas term!
