Well deserved praise for our two fabulous chefs!
Last week, Sharon and Helen, our two lovely ladies who cook the most delicous meals in our school canteen, were recognised by Eden Foods for the high standard of service they provide. Not only did our two talented chefs receive certificates of employee recognition, they also received gift vouchers as a thank you for all their hard work. We are very lucky to have wonderful meals on offer every day at Perran-ar-Worthal School cooked and served by Sharon and Helen, who clearly enjoy not just the cooking but the interaction with the children. Their lovely manner with the children is noted on a daily basis and the children are always keen to say hello as they arrive at the hatch and never forget to say thank you. It's not surprising that over 80% of our pupils at school choose to have hot school meals every day. Well done ladies for all you do! We think you're GREAT!
