So That's What Happens on The Last Day of the Christmas Term!

On the last day of the Christmas term, it has now become quite a tradition for the whole school to enjoy Christmas party food together at lunch time. This year the hall was yet again filled with the laughter of staff and pupils enjoying a Christmas joke amidst the festive sound of Christmas music. All hats were worn with pride whilst yummy sandwiches and pasties were washed down with cool drinks. Many thanks to FOPS for providing the crackers which never fail to delight the children. It was also a time to say a fond farewell to Mr Colin Groom, who has been the school's cleaner and Caretaker for many years. Although Mr Groom will not be retiring from cleaning, he has decided to continue as caretaker. Earlier in the week, each class was visited by a very special guest dressed in red! We will no doubt see this special visitor again at the same time next year! A Very Happy Christmas to everyone from all at Perran-ar-Worthal School.
