COUNTY MUSIC FESTIVAL SUCCESS!

Perran-ar-Worthal enjoyed a very successful week during the Cornwall County Music Festival this year. Nearly 60 pupils (nearly 50% of our pupils in school) took part and enjoyed the experience of performing in front of large audiences and competing against other schools. Every group and solo entry received a certificate with a detailed written adjudication. No child returned disappointed and clearly enjoyed the whole experience of sharing their talents. The school was able to enjoy several 1st , 2nd and 3rd places. We look forward to next year's opportunity to show off our skills. Well done to all the children that took part. We are so very proud of you! Also, a huge thank you goes to Mrs Zoe Crouse for her support with the choir music and to Mrs Helen Whomesely for working so hard with the recorder groups. A celebration to enjoy by so many! Well done Perran-ar-Worthal!
