Remembrance Day at Perran-ar-Worthal School

We were very proud of our Year 6 pupils who took it upon themselves to create their own presentation for Remembrance Day. We were all very impressed with the knowledge they had gained and the respectful manner in which they shared their thoughts following a whole school 2 minute silence. Well done Swifts!

The school was delighted to have members of the British Legion visit this week to share their thoughts about Remembrance Day and talk about the important work that the British Legion carries our for service families. Their presentation was both informative and thought provoking. Our visitors were very impressed with how well our pupils listened and how much they already knew about the war. Well done to all!
